Ready or not, www.transitofvenus.org is re-launching in preparation for the 2012 transit of Venus.  Voltaire reminds us that perfection is the enemy of good, so rather than waiting until the new website is fully ready, we are go for throttle up.

While files are being transferred from old to new websites, we invite you to peruse and evaluate this new layout.  Just tell us in a couple of sentences (more always welcome) what you think. 

Meanwhile, plans are underway for outreach and observing programs for the 2012 transit of Venus.  If you've got something to share, please tell us about it.
